Description
Ponzu is traditionally used as a sauce for meat and fish dishes, as well as being a fantastic dressing for salads. Ponzu is one of Japan's favoured condiments and is made by combining citrus fruits, mirin, rice vinegar and dashi (a Japanese stock).

Water, Soy sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt) (31%), Sugar, Spirit vinegar (14%), Lemon concentrate (3.1%), Salt, Natural lemon flavouring, Yeast extract.
