The "Tsu No Junmai" from Kizakura impresses with a light and dry taste. Junmai sake belongs to the premium sector because the polishing rate of the rice in this sake is 70 percent. This means that 30 percent of the outer layers of the rice grain are polished away. In addition, no distilled alcohol is allowed in Junmai sake. This can be deduced from the name, because Junmai means something like "pure rice".
